Fitness is essential

I feel that fitness is essential to feeling healthy! I don't think that you have to kill yourself everyday, but you do have to be consistent with anything that you do. This is an area that I have to constantly work on because it is very easy to just not do it. What role does fitness play for you?

Fast and no longer furious

It is difficult to keep at it. I love starting the day with a long walk with the dog---- though it's getting a bit chillier in the mornings now and she is determined to get back in the house as soon as possible. (...and they say animals are stupid.) I found an all-women's gym literally right next to my day job. It's one of those circuit gyms that promise to get you in and out in 30 minutes-- super convenient and effective. I absolutely love it and find it puts me in the better mood. (Though I'm still not admitting it anyone else who has suggested exercise is good for that.)
