Fitness is essentialI feel that fitness is essential to feeling healthy! I don't think that you have to kill yourself everyday, but you do have to be consistent with anything that you do. This is an area that I have to constantly work on because it is very easy to just not do it. What role does fitness play for you? |

Fast and no longer furious
It is difficult to keep at it. I love starting the day with a long walk with the dog---- though it's getting a bit chillier in the mornings now and she is determined to get back in the house as soon as possible. (...and they say animals are stupid.) I found an all-women's gym literally right next to my day job. It's one of those circuit gyms that promise to get you in and out in 30 minutes-- super convenient and effective. I absolutely love it and find it puts me in the better mood. (Though I'm still not admitting it anyone else who has suggested exercise is good for that.)
