January is a time for New Year's Resolutions...but will you be able to continue your commitment once the month ends? Go beyond New Year's Resolutions to create a vision for how you want to be in 2008.

In this interactive workshop we will work on not only articulating and visualizing your 2008 goals but creating a deeper focus and meaning for the upcoming year. A typical New Year's Resolution is just a task on a to-do list. We will delve deeper and look at who we want to be in 2008, how we want to show up, and what we want to contribute to others.

The workshop will include guided group visualization, exercises, and techniques from yoga.
